INSTRUCTIONS

  1. TURN THE OVEN ON TO 200˚C/180˚C fan/Gas 6
  2. Wash the pears. Halve them and remove the core with a small knife.
  3. Place the pears, cut side up, in a shallow ovenproof dish. Fill each half with the dried cranberries and drizzle with maple syrup.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until the pears are tender.
  5. Roughly chop the nuts.
  6. Remove the pears from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes. Serve sprinkled with nuts and with a spoon of Greek yogurt on the side.
