Super healthy bircher muesli

Our Bircher muesli with chia seeds, pistachios, apples & dried apricots is packed with goodness and makes a delicious, nutritious start to the day. Our recipe sticks to the simplicity of the original, with the addition of the chia seeds for an extra healthy boost. If you want to make larger quantities allow one apple and 25g of dry oat flakes per person.

Add a seasonal twist by substituting the apple with fresh summer berries or autumnal pears.
