  • These meaty buns will go down a treat with vegetarian and meat-eaters alike. This fantastically simple recipe only takes 10 minutes prep time.

  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean and remove the stalk. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and crush the garlic. Wash the rosemary sprigs and finely chop the needles.
  2. Make the marinade by mixing the chopped onion, crushed garlic and chopped rosemary with the olive oil. Steep the mushrooms in it for 45 minutes.
  3. Barbecue the mushrooms over a high heat for about ten minutes, turning frequently.
  4. Serve in a crusty bun with lettuce, tomatoes and your favourite relish.
