  1. Roughly cut the beetroot. Rinse the blueberries. Wash the apple, core and quarter. Squeeze the lime.
  2. Place the fruit and beetroot pieces in a blender. Add the coconut water, lime juice, ice and agave syrup if using. Blitz to a smooth consistency and serve.
