INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash, halve and deseed the tomatoes and finely dice. Wash and halve the cucumber, remove the central part with the seeds and finely dice the rest.
- Dry roast the cumin seeds in a frying pan for a couple of minutes, then crush to a powder.
- Mix the yogurt with the crushed cumin seeds and squeeze in the lime juice.
- Put the tomato and cucumber into a bowl, pour the yogurt dressing over and stir well to combine. Season with a little sea salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
