  1. Wash, halve and deseed the tomatoes and finely dice. Wash and halve the cucumber, remove the central part with the seeds and finely dice the rest.
  2. Dry roast the cumin seeds in a frying pan for a couple of minutes, then crush to a powder.
  3. Mix the yogurt with the crushed cumin seeds and squeeze in the lime juice.
  4. Put the tomato and cucumber into a bowl, pour the yogurt dressing over and stir well to combine. Season with a little sea salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
