INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Peel off the skin and dice the flesh.
  2. Halve the mango and remove the stone. Peel off the skin and dice it the flesh.
  3. Wash, deseed and finely chop the chilli. Mix with the avocado and mango pieces.
  4. Squeeze the lime and mix the juice with the oil and a little sea salt. Pour over the fruit and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
