INSTRUCTIONS
- PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 200˚C/180˚C fan/Gas 6
- Wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the stones.
- Peel and quarter the pears and remove the core.
- Place the halved plums, skin side down, and the pears in the bottom of a large ovenproof dish. Drizzle over half the maple syrup. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the butter into pieces and place it in a bowl with the flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon. Rub together between your fingers to make coarse crumbs.
- SPRINKLE Remove the fruit from the oven. Sprinkle the crumble over the plums and pears. Drizzle with the remaining maple syrup.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the crumble is golden on top.
