INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the oranges. Zest and squeeze one and cut the other into thin slices.
  2. Pour the cranberry juice into a saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat almost to boiling point.
  3. Turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
