Quick and healthy salmon dinner rich in protein, Omega 3 fat acids and antioxidant micronutrients from the lemon and herb combo. On the table in just 25 minutes.
Use any leftover with mixed grains and chopped tomatoes for a taste lunch the following day.

INSTRUCTIONS
- TURN THE OVEN ON TO 200˚C/180˚C FAN/GAS 6
- Wash the salmon and pat dry with kitchen paper. Wash and chop the dill. Peel and finely slice the shallots.
- Place a sheet of kitchen foil on a baking tray. Put the salmon on it, sprinkle with the dill and cover each fillet with the sliced shallots. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fillets. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Fold the kitchen foil over the salmon fillets to form a loose parcel and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately
