A speedy pasta supper containing a good mix of protein, fibre and vitamins. If you can't find orecchiette, fusilli would also work well with this recipe.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil.
- Wash the broccoli florets and cut into halves. Peel and bash the garlic clove. Wash, deseed and finely chop the chilli.
- Add the orecchiette and broccoli to the pan of boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm the oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic and chopped chilli and cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is golden brown. Add the prawns and cook for a few more minutes until they turn a nice pink colour.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the frying pan. Mix well, add a good grinding of black pepper and serve immediately.
