Get your day off to a great start with this super healthy smoothie rich in vitamin C and healthy fats for radiant skin and anti-inflammatory properties from the fresh ginger.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and cube the pineapple. Peel, core and dice the apple. Peel and slice the kiwi. Peel and grate the ginger.
  2. Put the fruit in a blender, add the ice cubes, grated ginger and pumpkin seeds and blitz to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
