  • This super-simple and super-quick smoothie is a delicious cocktail of beneficial antioxidants and minerals.
  • Use frozen berries when fresh ones are out of season.

  1. Peel, core and dice the apple. Rinse the berries under running water.
  2. Put the fruit in a blender and blitz to a smooth consistency. Add the almond milk, agave nectar and ice cubes and blitz again. Serve immediately.
