Get your day off to a great start with super-healthy smoothie rich in minerals and antioxidant nutrients.   If you are allergic to or can’t eat pineapple, then apples, pears or berries work well too.  You may find the fruits make this sweet enough already in which case no need to add the honey.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the lettuce and roughly chop. Peel and slice the kiwi and banana. Peel and cube the pineapple. Juice the lime.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
