Give your skin a lift from within.  This smoothie is brimming with antioxidant micronutrients, fibre and vitamin C.   Almonds are one of nature's superfoods rich in minerals and vitamin E which protects against the damage from free radicals.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and dice the mango. Peel and roughly chop the carrot. Squeeze the orange.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blitz until smooth.
