INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the milk and cream into a small pan. Split the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the tiny seeds and add both to the milk and cream.
- Bring the milk gently to the boil, then remove from the heat and cover the pan with kitchen foil. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grate the chocolate.
- Remove the vanilla pod and warm the milk up again gently without bringing to the boil. Remove from the heat.
- DISSOLVE Add the grated chocolate and stir to dissolve. Pour into cups and enjoy!
