  • This super-quick, healthy smoothie is a great start the day. It is also a delicious way to use overripe fruit!

  1. Peel and stone the mango and cut into small cubes. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and finely slice. Peel and slice the banana. Peel and slice the kiwi.
  2. Put the fruit in a blender and blitz to a pulp. Add the coconut milk and a handful of ice cubes and blitz again to a smooth consistency.
  3. Serve immediately.
