  1. Wash the nectarines. Halve them, remove the stone and cube the flesh. Peel and cube the melon.
  2. Squeeze the juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon.
  3. Wash the other orange and lemon and finely slice.
  4. Pour the cava and vodka into a large bowl. Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, lemon and orange juices and the sugar or xylitol. Add the fruit and stir well.
  5. Cover with cling film and chill overnight or for at least 6 hours.
