75g soft goat’s cheese
Small bag dried apricots
30g pistachios
Instructions
Crush the pistachios.
Reserve some pistachios for garnish and mix the rest with the goat's cheese.
Halve each apricot and fill with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
