Get your day off to a great start with this healthy smoothie, packed with vitamins, antioxidant micronutrients and fibre from the fruit and spinach plus protein and healthy fats from the seed mixture.  

For a dairy free option substitute the yogurt and milk with a nut milk but check the ingredients list carefully. Some brands contain a high percentage of sugar and vegetable oil and a negligible amount of nuts.
