SNAP Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus and wash the spears thoroughly.
Lightly oil a baking tray, cover with parchment and lay the asparagus on top in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Cover with another sheet of parchment.
Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Take the asparagus out of the oven and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar before serving.
