Orecchiette with broccoli and prawns

Instructions
  1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil.
  2. Wash the broccoli florets and cut into halves. Peel and bash the garlic clove. Wash, deseed and finely chop the chilli.
  3. Add the orecchiette and broccoli to the pan of boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, warm the oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic and chopped chilli and cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is golden brown. Add the prawns and cook for a few more minutes until they turn a nice pink colour.
  5. Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the frying pan. Mix well, add a good grinding of black pepper and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

A speedy pasta supper containing a good mix of protein, fibre and vitamins.  If you can't find orecchiette, fusilli would also work well with this recipe.
