INSTRUCTIONS
- BREAK Break the eggs into the pan and add a knob of butter and a little sea salt.
- Place the pan over a medium-high heat and stir the eggs together with a wooden spoon.
- Once well-combined, leave the eggs for 10 seconds, and then stir again. Repeat until they begin to set, and then stir continuously until they're almost - but not quite - cooked as you like them. Always take scrambled eggs off the heat before they're completely ready.
- Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the Greek yogurt, and serve immediately.
