  1. BREAK Break the eggs into the pan and add a knob of butter and a little sea salt.
  2. Place the pan over a medium-high heat and stir the eggs together with a wooden spoon.
  3. Once well-combined, leave the eggs for 10 seconds, and then stir again. Repeat until they begin to set, and then stir continuously until they're almost - but not quite - cooked as you like them. Always take scrambled eggs off the heat before they're completely ready.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the Greek yogurt, and serve immediately.
